Hi first let me say the latest patch has somehow made my game  a lot   smother to play even with max graphics  setting enabled. The neon lights and signs really look nice and the games graphics and style are slowly comming together. Next bugs. Late last week i reported about a bug  in the english localized version that stopped you from handing in quests,mainly to cliff niles. Today i started a new character and to my shock the bug seems to have spread. Now it seems i have a 50 50 chance of encountering the bug everytime i hand a quest in. So i logged out changed the lang, logged back in handed the quest in, changed the lang back then started the game. Then sadly the bug would crop up again.
Should i make another bug report on the bug and explaine this time its happend to all the starter npc's or is it something the devs already know is spreading.

We made lots of changes to the game in the last update, and our localization team is still working on translation of the new content.
