The given rules regulate your stay on the official forum of the project.

Not knowing these Rules and other terms and conditions determined by Administration does not redeem you from the responsibility for their breach.

By registering on the forum you agree to the Rules and Terms and Conditions.

Administration reserves the right to do any changes and update the forum without any previous notification of its users.

Administration reserves the right to block any user not explaining the reason.

Here is the list of violations which may lead either to warning or to read only possibility, short term ban up to 3 months or permanent blocking. The higher is the first coefficient in the paragraph the more severe is the sanction.

1 . 1 Excessive and intentional use of grammar mistakes in messages. If a word or phrase is not proved to be slang, decision is up to the moderator.

1 . 2 Caps Lock or large scale print usage over one whole massage or its bigger part.

1 . 3 Creation of topics with the title of little information. Title should inform the reader about the plot of your massage in a compact and precise way. Please, try to make the title of your topic as informative as possible.

2 . 1 Creation of topics which don’t correspond to the subject of the section.

2 . 2 Creation of the same or similar topics in several sections simultaneously.

2 . 3 Creation of topics the name of which consists of capital letters only.

2 . 4 Direct or indirect advertisement in any way, either in text or in graphic massage. 

2 . 5 Use of obscene pictures (such as violence scenes or pictures which ignore mental and ethical norms accepted on forum) as an avatar.

2 . 6 Writing in transliteration.

2 . 7 Writing of provocative text in the section which belong to another race or in common section.

3 . 1 Appeals to violate the current legislation, racist statements, interethnic conflicts fomentation and everything else concerning criminal code.

3 . 2 Intentional spreading of false information about conference members, slander, provocative actions as for users, moderators or administration.

3 . 3 Shaggy, coarse and offensive language as for users in any way. Obscenities.

3 . 4 Registration of a provocative user name (nickname) or user name which is very similar to the user name of another person already registered on forum.

3 . 5 Spreading of private information concerning user without permission of the latter.

4 . 1 Rebellion actions against moderators. Restoring of messages, avatars, inscriptions or other elements, which were edited by moderators.

4 . 2 Mislead users with the aim of getting their tangible or intellectual property.  

Here is the list of severe violations which lead to the permanent ban.

5 . 1 Coarse and offensive language as for Administration, moderators, insulting of authorized officials.

5 . 2 Discussing of project’s Administration, moderators or authorized officials actions. All your claims and proofs you may send to info@syndicate-online.com for further analysis.

5 . 3  The attempt to break the software, unauthorized penetration attempt to the administrator’s control panel, the attempt to break forum users’ or moderators’ accounts with the help of errors in software codes for personal advantage. 

5 . 4 Distribution of (link references including) malicious software, viruses, Trojans, spyware on the forum. 

5 . 5 Use of obscene words and statements as a username, use of usernames which include elements of  Internet site titles as well as misinforming words (e.g. Administrator, Moderator, Support etc.)
